  Voicemail detection with automatic retry

  When the bot reaches voicemail, it leaves a tailored message and queues a 2-hour retry. The BDC gets a follow-up task when retries are exhausted.

Auto-document generation on test drives and deals

Documents now pre-fill from the deal jacket — no retyping customer info.

  When a test drive is created, the agreement PDF is generated and pre-filled from the lead + vehicle record. Customer signs on their phone.

  When a deal moves to Negotiation, the purchase agreement is generated with deal-jacket data (customer, vehicle, price, taxes). One send, one signature.

OCR for driver's licenses and government IDs

Snap a license. The deal jacket fills itself in.

  License scan pulls name, address, DOB, and license number

  Point the camera at a driver's license and the OCR adapter extracts the customer fields in about 3 seconds. The fields pre-fill the customer record.

  OCR works for state IDs and passports (beta)

  Beyond driver's licenses, the OCR adapter now recognizes state IDs and US passports. Quality may vary — flagged records go to a review queue.

Multi-store reports, RBAC polish

  Per-store scoping on custom reports

  Custom report builder on Pro and AI Suite now respects per-store scoping. A GM scoped to Store A only sees Store A's data in any report.

• Fixed

  Fixed: tax presets overriding dealer-set values on deal save

  When a salesperson manually edited a tax field on a deal, the field used to revert on save. Now the manual edit is preserved.

• Security

  Added audit log entries for user-invite acceptance

  Every invite acceptance now writes an audit row, with the inviter, the invitee, and the tenant.

Carfax integration (beta)

  Carfax reports attach to the vehicle record

  When a Carfax vendor key is configured on the tenant, the system pulls a vehicle history report on every new inventory vehicle and attaches the summary to the record.

  Vehicle history badge on the deal jacket

  The deal jacket now shows a one-line Carfax summary (owners, accidents, service records) so the salesperson has it in front of them during the walkaround.
